Many people don't realize that tax laws change every year. As a result, they leave deductions on the table and end up with a smaller refund than they could have received. Michelle Powell, a registered Tax Preparer with the IRS, makes sure she stays up to date on the most recent tax laws so you can get the most effective tax preparation and claim every deduction you're entitled to.
While you can use TurboTax or another online software, it won't inform you of new tax laws. These programs assume you already know what you're doing. They're also only free for the most basic returns — the moment you try to maximize your deductions, they start charging more.
Our Tax Preparation Services range from simple individual tax preparation for those with a W-2 to small business preparation, including Schedule C returns. We also offer Bookkeeping Services that organize all your expense categories so we can maximize your deductions for the year. We're dedicated to getting you the maximum refund and the most comprehensive, detailed tax return possible. We can also file an extension on your behalf.
Our bookkeeping service involves gathering your bank statements for the whole year and categorizing your expenses, giving you a clearer view of your company's financial health. We'll create a simple Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) and get you the numbers needed to maximize your deductions.
Our prices vary based on the services you need. Pricing starts at $200. We also charge a small bookkeeping fee if your company needs that service.
